Southland Realty began in 1990. We are primarily a residential real estate brokerage. Presently there are 5 agents working at Southland Realty. These agents have accumulated over a 100 years combined experience in the real estate industry. All of the agents are members of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. As a smaller brokerage we use a variety of lenders and title companies and we do not charge any administrative fees or administrative commissions.
